(Note: A grace period of 15 minutes beyond closing time is allowed for players to complete their game)

**With effect from 1 Feb 2010, the operating hours will be as follows**

Table Booking Rates (with effect from 1 September 2009)

$0.75 per hour per person (Members)
$1.50 per hour per person (Guests)

Booking Procedures

Please note that bookings are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. All booking must be made through the Main Reception .

During booking, members must determine the exact number of hours they wish to book. They must also provide the names and membership numbers of playing partners.

All guests must be signed in by a member.

Terms & Conditions

a) Each member may only book 1 table at a time. Members are only allowed to book the tables up to 7 days in advance
b) Advance bookings can be made in person, via phone or email to the Main Reception on a first-come-first-served basis at front_office_admin@sgcc.com.sg

c) A booking made through email is confirmed only when the member receives a return confirmation from the Club
d) Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
e) A $12 penalty (4 hours block) will be imposed for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to booking.
f) The full booking fees will be charged for no-shows.
g) The last booking for the Mahjong Rooms will be at 10.00pm
h) Members are to switch off the air-con, lights, and lock the room before returning the Mahjong Room’s key to the staff at the Main Reception after the end of the game, or to the security guard house after 10.00pm, when Main Reception closes
i) Persons below the age of 18 are strictly not permitted in the Mahjong Rooms.
