POWERSTRETCH
A
fusion of stretches and twists to achieve toned, supple muscles which will
enhance the look of a long, lean physique. Cardio exercises will be included to
help with the burning of fats and to keep the heart healthy. This workout will
be conducted in a soothing and relax atmosphere to the tune of specially
selected music.

BODYBLAST
Mini
sets of energetic choreographed routines and basic fitness steps will be taught.
Thereafter, they will be pieced together like a puzzle where the memory and
concentration of the participant comes into play, thus creating a challenging
workout in a fun atmosphere. The perfect workout to challenge your body and
mind.

DANCERCISE
A lively, energetic exercise which incorporate various
styles of dance movements to the beat of interesting mix of latest hip music. An
exercise where you will learn the feel of moving your body to the groove of
music. There will be cardio and toning exercises to keep your heart and body fit
and toned.
